Shinshu miso-yaki rice ball (rice ball grilled with miso paste spread).
「原材料名/御飯、みそ、砂糖、みりん、食塩、調理酢」、終わり。化学調味料が入ってないのがいいですね。
"ingredients: rice, miso, sugar, mirin, salt, and cooking vinegar," that's it. It is good to have no synthetic seasoning in.
外の味噌が結構濃いい(広島人は「濃い」を「濃いい」と言う)ので、中の白米部分があってちょうどいい感じでした。塩分もあるから走る時にはちょうどいいかもです。
Miso spread outside was quite strong, so having white rice part inside was just fine. It has salt too so that it might be good to have it at an aid station.
