八丁座のある福屋（デパート）からすぐの所に赤い門構えの… パン屋さんが！
「焼きたてパン」ののぼりがはためいています（写真撮り忘れでごめんなさい）。
At around 17:30 on Nov. 27, 2010.
I found a bakery with red by chance entrance near Haccho-za theater which is located in Fukuya department.
There is a flag said "freshly baked bread" welcoming you too. (Sorry, forgot to take pictures)
夕方でしたので、帰宅途中のお客様を見込んで次の仕込みにかかっていらっしゃいました。
When I dropped by was early evening, so they are ready to make the last round for people on a way to home after work.
There are many Danish.
中二階はこんな室内テラス（？）風になっていて、自動車学校のチラシがおいてあります。
btw, between the ground floor and the second floor is like balcony (though it's still inside) and you can find a flyer of driving school.
でも、なぜ自動車学校？
But why a driving school?
それはこのカフェが島根県の自動車学校・Mランド益田校を運営するコガワ計画の経営によるものだからだそうです。スタッフさんも皆、自動車学校勤務で、中には元々その自動車学校に通っていた方もいらっしゃるとか。
It's because this bakery is run by Kogawa Keikaku, who runs a driving school in Shimane Prefecture, M land Masuda branch. All staff members belong to that driving school and some of them used to go to that school to get a driver's license.
自動車学校のHPに「そしてＭランドといえば笑顔と挨拶」と書いてある通り、笑顔がほんとに素敵なスタッフさん達です。
As this quote promises "And when it comes to M land, you won't miss to see our smile and greetings," they have such nice smiles.
お仕事が楽しいとおっしゃっていました、素敵ですね。
They also said to enjoy their works. Jolly good.

I found a blog by manager of M land.
で、先ほど作られていたアップルパイが非常に気になり、ゲット。
So, what I chose was the one I saw, apple pie!
こんなに大きなリンゴがまるごと入ったアップルパイは初めてかも！ でもくどくないんですよ、甘みは！
I've never had an apple pie with this HUGE apple in. And it's just right sweetness.
八丁座からは100mほど。
