しばらくJR恵比寿駅西口前を通っていなかったら、すっかり様子が変わっておりました。

I haven't been around West exit of JR Ebisu Station for a while and I was surprised to see how it's been changed drastically.

そしてこんなパン屋さんが！　

どうやら今年の7月29日にできたようです（そんなに恵比寿とご無沙汰じゃったとは…）。

And this bakery is one of changes.

It's said that they opened on July 29th (I haven't been in Ebisu for such a long time?).

選んだのはプティレザン（税込189円。久々に金額も書きましたね、そう言えば）

I chose Petit Raisin (189 yen, incl. tax).

「パン・オ・ルヴァンにサルタナレーズンを練り込んだ、食べやすいサイズのパン」と公式HPにありました。思ったほど堅くなくて、そういった意味でも食べやすかったです。

"Pain au levain with sultana raisin in easy-to-bite size" said at official website. It was not as hard as I thought and yes, it was easy to eat it (all!).

JR恵比寿駅西口の目の前です。

It's right in front of JR Ebisu Station.

TBR35-1: UrDinkel at Coop Pronto

今夜コンビニ的スーパーで買った300円のパン。美味しそう！

Bread I picked up at a mini-mart was three bucks and looks tasty!

スイスに住んでいて嬉しいことの一つが普通に美味しいパンがスーパーで買えること。東京だとわざわざ良いベーカリーに行かないと買えないパンが、コンビニのような小さなスーパーに売ってるのは助かる。

One of delighted things about living in Switzerland is that you can get good breads at a regular supermarket. You have to go to a special bakery in Tokyo to get such breads, but it's available at small stores like combini here in Switzerland.

買った店はCoop Pronto。スイスはCoopとMIGROSが最大手のスーパーで、ProntoはCoopのコンビニ版。23時まで開いているの（スイスでは珍しいことよ）。

I bought this at Coop Pront. Coop and MIGROS are bigger supermarkets in Switzerland and Coop Pront is Coop's combini version. They open until 23:00 but that's rare in here Switzerland.

Good breads are easily available around you? Gee, I'm jealous!

写真にあったロゴはスイス産のスペルト小麦を使った食品です、ということを示しているみたいですね。

The logo on a bread shows that this bread is made of spelt which was produced in Switzerland.

There are recipe page and online shops at an official site.

さすがスイス。店舗検索もこんな感じで4ケ国語（ドイツ語／フランス語／イタリア語／英語）展開です。

The shop locator is in four languages, German, French, Italian, and English. This store must be in Switzerland!

So, if you feel like to have a good bread while traveling in Switzerland, why don't you drop by a supermarket near your hotel.

父の友人の方からお土産をいただきました。

石垣島の手づくり純黒糖。

I got a survenir from a friend of my father.

Hand-made muscovado.

これがまた濃いい！　でもおいしい！

いろいろ探していたら「沖縄県黒砂糖協同組合」なるサイトを発見。

そちらに成分表も載っていました。

I found a site of Okinawa Muscovado Cooperation.

They have its nutrition fact too.

カリウムなどのミネラルが豊富ですね。走る時に足がつる原因の1つにミネラル不足がよく挙げられます。

It has lots of minerals like Potassium. They often said that one of causes is a lack of minerals to make your leg get cramped when running.

夏場、特に今年は、梅干と黒糖を一緒の袋に入れて持ち歩きならぬ持ち走りしましたが、お互いの味が影響しあっていつも微妙な味になっていました（苦笑）。

I put dried plum and muscovado in a same tiny ziplock and had it when running this summer, but their tastes are mixed in a ziplock and created something very interesting taste instead :-p

film:「マラソン／말아톤」

韓国では2005年1月公開された映画「マラソン／말아톤」。

A film "Marathon" was released in January, 2005, in Korea.

タグラインは「5살 지능의 20살 청년, 녀석의 미소가 세상을 울립니다.／5歳の知能の20歳の青年、彼の笑顔が世界を照らします」。（울리다は他動詞だと「響く、とどろかす」とかなんですけど、ま、拙訳でご勘弁を）

Its tagline is "20 years old man with 5 years old intelligent, his smile shines the world."

日本でも2007年9月にTVドラマとして公開されたようですね。

There was a TV drama in September, 2007, in Japan, too.

この間、補給食を買いに御徒町まで行った時、改札でふと、このサインに気がつきました。

I noticed this sign at JR Okachimachi station exit when I went to buy supplements the other day.

駅員さんに尋ねても、「いや〜、知らないねぇ。いつからあったかなぁ…？」と。あらら…

I asked what it is a station staff, but he has no idea whatsoever. "I don't know about it at all. When this is set up there? "

でも見るからに線路沿い・高架下な感じなので探しに行くと…

But it seemed that there must be something near there, so I started look for in its neighborhood, then...

ありました！　高架下が綺麗にお化粧されて、小さな街ができています。

found it! An under the JR track was cleaned up and get painted with white to become a small town.

2k540 AKI-OKA ARTIZANという名前だそうです。

最初の5ケタの読みは「ニーケーゴーヨンマル」、意味は「鉄道用語では東京駅を起点とした距離『キロ程』で場所を示します。当該施設は2k540m付近にあるため『2k540』とし」ているそうです（公式HPより）。

Their name is "2k540 AKI-OKA ARTIZAN."

The first five digits is read "knee-kei-go-yon-maru," it means that to indicate a place it's always start from Tokyo Station by railway technical terminology. And this place is located around 2km and 540m from there. That's why (from official website).

明後日12月10日金曜日、13:00オープンです。

They will be open at 13:00 on this Friday.

奈良に続いては、京都（ま、経由地でしたので…）。
残念ながら市内を走る時間はなかったのですが、駅構内は（時間の都合で）走りましたよ！

After Nara, came back to Kyoto on the same day before coming back to Tokyo (Kyoto was a transit station, so...).

It was a pity that there was no time to run in the city, but I run in the Station building instead (because of such limited time)!

黒胡椒もバッチリ効いたチーズは冷めていても柔らかく、おいしかったです。速攻で無くなりましたが（苦笑）。

cheese with lots of black pepper was soft and good even it was cold. It's gone so quickly though.
