「韓国語に関係する質問をくだされば、午前９時までの質問は同日午後２時までに、午後２時までの質問は同日午後６時までに、午後２時以降は翌日午後２時までに」返事をくださるそうです（週末は除く）。
"If you send us questions about Korean language here by 9:00 am, we will get back to you with the answer until 2:00 pm on the same day, if by 2:00 pm, it'd be by 6:00 pm the same day, if after 2:00 pm, it'd be by 2:00 pm the following day (We won't answer weekends)"
"우리말 관련 질문을 주시면 오전 9시까지 올라온 것은 그날 오후 2시까지, 오후 2시까지 올라온 것은 그날 오후 6시까지, 오후 2시 이후 올라온 것은 다음 날 오후 2시까지 답변을 드리고 있습니다. (주말에는 답변을 드리지 않습니다.)"
