Where I had a meeting was runnable from the previous place I was at, so I did a rehearsal previous night. But I got lost... I went to a meeting by a public transportation and passed through a shopping street on a way back.

In fact, I had dull pain at an inside of left knee and a side of left hip, plus I couldn't move left knee every morning when I wake up because it hurts after Arakawa 30K race. I also feel that my hip is pulled all the time and sometimes electricity-like feeling runs around a hip and a spine (...geee, I realized that this sounds awful, doesn't it?). So I run only once a week recently.
In my case, one of Quadriceps femoris muscle*,vastus medialis (a red part in an illustration), is stiff. That's why I felt my knee was funny and it caused pain in the morning.

So I got massaged there like this.
*ちなみにあとの3つは大腿直筋、外側広筋、中間広筋。
* And the rest of them are the rectus muscle of thighs, the vastus lateralis muscles, and the intermediate great muscles.
なぜ凝ったか? 走る時に膝が内側に倒れ気味だからだそうです。
Why it got stiff? When I run, my left knee is leaning to inside.
なぜ凝り固まったか? 走り終わった際にきちんと疲れが抜けていないからだそうです。
Why it stays stiff? When I finish a race or an exercise, tiredness is not come off perfectly.
Of course the whole body is one set. All muscle is connected so I was checked not only leg, but also back and hip. And he said "...this is stiff," "...here as well," "....stiff, isn' it?" ...kinda embarrassing.
And another self-stretch of gluteus medius muscle is laying down on your side and put golf ball or tennis ball under your hip, then roll it with moving your side of hip. You'd really feel it when a golf ball touches a spot, so you might want to start with a bigger ball.
I thought that I might get blackout because of pain, means I have THAT much stiff muscle, "Your pain is not because you hurt somewhere, so you can get better with running. Running lose your muscle up. You may feel tired today and tomorrow, but I recommend to move your legs" he said.
というわけで、こんな雪の中を(最寄り駅からですが)歩いて帰ってみましたよ!
So at least I walked from my nearest station to home in this snow!
うん、でも行く前より格段に足が軽い! 嬉しい!!
But I feel my leg is so light! Oh, I feel so good!
Whenever there is a meeting in Omotesando area, I recommend Aoyama Andersen to meet. I just wonder it's because I'm from Hiroshima or I'm The Bread Runner... I guess both ; )

I checked out an inner shirt for running outside in this season. It was a tough a choice between thin wool and chemical material, so couldn't make up my mind after all.
