先日嬉しいことがあり、その日はウールのアンサンブルを着ていたのにも関わらず皇居の周りを平服で走ってしまいました（笑）。

There was something delighted the other day so I couldn't help running around the Imperial Palace in woolly sweater (!).

その時も着ていた山用のジャケット、タウンユースな毎日です。汗も結構かいたので、3度目の洗濯をしてみることにしました。

I use this jacket daily in town even this is for a mountain use. I thought it's better to wash it because I sweated heavily. Actually, this is the third time though.

洗濯表示に沿って30度のぬるま湯で。

Following icons, I used 30C warm water.

洗剤は多く入れずに。

Just a little detergent.

あ、お手入れ方法に逆らって「ファスナーやテープ留めを閉じ」ていませんね。でも中の汗を落としたかったのもあり、ゴニョゴニョ…

I wanted wash sweat away so I didn't close fastener nor velcro tape, which is against what Patagonia or mont•bell recommend.

さぁ、すすぎです。ぬるま湯を入れ替え、しっかり洗剤を落とします。

Rinse time. Changed water and wash out detergent as much as I could.

まだまだすすぎます！　

More to rinse.

洗濯機の弱でも結構強い気がしたので、水槽だけ利用して手でジャブジャブ。

"Weak" was strong with my washing machine, so I used only a water tank and rinse it by hands.

また山でも街でもよろしく！

This jacket is my really heavy rotation this winter.
