先の週末、なんか皇居まわりチャリが多いなぁと思ってみたら…

I saw many cyclists around Imperial Palace the other weekend and wondered why...

パレスサイクリングと呼ぶらしいですね。財団法人自転車産業振興協会が無料でこのサービスを提供しています。

It's called Palace Cycling. The Japan Bicycle Promotion Institute provides this service for free.

• コース：祝田橋～平川門　往復約3km

• 貸出利用時間：毎週日曜日　10:00-15:00　雨天中止
• 貸出受付場所：皇居前警備派出所横の案内所
• 交通：地下鉄千代田線「二重橋前」駅２番出口から徒歩約３分、JR「東京」駅丸の内側から徒歩約１５分

• Opening Hours: 10:00 to 15:00 on Sundays, closed on rainy days

• A course: covering a round trip of about 3 km from Iwaida Bridge to Hirakawa Gate Bicycle

• Reception Desk: Beside the police box near Exit 2 of Nijubashi Station on the Chiyoda Line Subway

• Access: About a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Nijubashi Station on the Chiyoda Line Subway, About a 15-minute walk from the Marunouchi side of JR Tokyo Station
