TBR22-1B: Boulangerie ichi in ecute Shinagawa

TBR22-1でお邪魔したBoulangerie ichiさんが品川駅ecute中に臨時出店なさっています。

Boulangerie ichi who I visited at TBR22-1 open a store temporarily in ecute Shinagawa Station until February 1.

左側のショーケースにはエクレアなどのスイーツに加え、サンドイッチが。

Sandwiched and sweets such as eclairs in a left showcase.

今日は早くに売り切れたローストビーフ。

この赤身がたまりませんな…

The roast beef sandwich is sold out earlier today.

Umm, look at this lean meat, yummy!

一日3便あるらしいのですが、それも確定ではないので見つけたら即ゲットがお薦めです。

They highly recommended to get it immediately when you find it. There are three deliveries from a bakery a day, but it's not for sure, depends on how they are sold at a bakery.

右側のショーケース上にはクグロフサレが山積みに。

クグロフがアルザス地方（ドイツとスイスに隣接する地方）のケーキ菓子、それにサレ=塩味ですから、塩味のケーキという意味ですかね。

There is a pile of Kouglof sale on a right showcase.

Kouglof is cake at Alsace area, where is a boarder of Germany and Switzerland, and sale which is salt, so i guess it's salty cake.

プチトマトとオイルサーディンを選びました。

I chose petit tomato and oil sardine.

食べる前にグリルで温めてい〜い感じです。

I warmed it up before I have a BIG bite.

焦げ目もちょっとつけて。

Look at this, I can't wait.

ガブリ！　中はトロットロ。トマトの酸味が絶妙です。

Very juicy. A good combination with sourness of tomato.

出店はこの2月1日まで。今度はローストビーフサンド、ゲットしたい〜。

This branch is open until this February 1. I'd like to get that roast beef sandwich by the last day!
