TBR51: Tomonaga pan-ya

パン・ランの更新がゆっくりになりすぎて「一旦終了されたのですね？」というメールをいただきました。いいえ、続けておりますよ、Tさん！

ちなみにこの写真は駅前高等温泉。

大正１３年建築のこちら、「高等」の意味はシャワーです。

btw, this is Ekimae Koto Onsen (a high level hot spring in front of a station)

This has built in Taisho 13 (1924) and "a high level" means shower.

I waited for my turn after picking a card with hand-written a number.

今回買ったのは味付けパン。

I bought aji-tsuke pan.

塩気というか、なんでしょうね、このほのかな味付けは、止まりませんな。

It's hard to describe its taste... Umm, it's very subtle but you can't stop it.

わんちゃんパン。

Wan-chan pan (Wan-wan is vow-wow).

中にクリームが入っています。

Custard cream is in it.

そしてバターフランス。

And butter France.

宿泊したひかり荘の蘇我さんの大プッシュもあり購入。

底にバターがしみ込んでいて、翌日でもおいしい〜。

Soga-san who is owner's son of Hikari-So where I stayed recommended this very much.

Butter was soaked to a bottom of a bread. Still so good even on the next day.

食べたのは別府市中央公民館。

I had them at Beppu City Center Civic Hall.

昭和３年３月２８日建設で、大分県下で一番古い鉄筋コンクリートの建物だとか。

It's built on March 28th, Showa 3 (1928). This is the oldest reinforced‐concrete building in Oita prefecture.

ひかり荘（A）、友永パン屋（B）、中央公民館（C）で約２km。

Hikari-so (A), Tomonaga pan-ya (B), and Civic Hall (C). About 2km in total.。

橋の手前だったから…　35km付近だったかしら？　ソウルマラソン。

It was just a before a bridge, so around 35km? at Seoul Marathon.

そこで「엑스트림／エクストリーム　스포즈 잴／スポーツジェル　유자맛／ゆず味」をもらいました。

I was given a power jello, Xtreme, yuzu flavor.

これがですね、パッケージの割にヒジョーに甘ったるかったんですよ（苦笑）。

This one was REALLY sweet for this blue package...

製造元・상아제약サンガ製薬の通販ページ。おや、りんご味もあるみたいですね。

Sanga pharmaceutical company. There is apple flavor, too.

でも20ケで30,000ウォンってことは、2,400円としても120円／ケ！？

But it said 30,000KRW for 20 packages, so even if it'd be 2,400yen, only 120yen per each!?

TBR50: AntenDo

で、鍼をがんばったご褒美にパン工房 AntenDo 四谷三丁目店でさくら大福。

To treat myself for being a good patient. Sakura Daifuku at Pan Ko-bo AntenDo Yotsuya 3-chome store.

求肥と塩漬け桜が乗った八重桜あんぱんです。期間限定。

Gyūhi and salt marinated cherry blossom on a top of anpan. It's a seasonal menu.

ソウルマラソン、実はゴール後救急車内で酸素吸入を受けたのは私です…

To tell the truth, I had the oxygen inhalation in the ambulance after a goal of The 82nd Seoul Marathon.

スタート前には東北地方太平洋沖地震被災者の被災者のために黙祷もあり、いろんな感情が混ざって、レースも泣きながら走り、最後は嗚咽入って走っていました。呼吸が一時的に難しかったため収容されたのですが、その時の様子が一瞬「健康のために始めたマラソンで、健康を害する人が急増」みたいな朝のミニ特集に「イメージ画像」で出てしまいましたよ！

There was also a silent prayer for the victims of 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami before a start, various feelings and emotions were mixed before a marathon started, I was crying while running, and the was sobbing at the end. So it was difficult to breath well temporarily, I was in a mini feature in the morning news as "image" which is something like this: "The marathon should be for getting better health, but some of them who damage their own health." I was in that news as "image of those who."

えぇ、このTABIOのソックスを履いてるのはアテクシの足でごさいます。

Yap, this pink TABIO socks is on my foot, indeed.

そんなこんなながらも一応サブ4（わ、言っちゃった！）取れたのですが、ストレッチとかちっともしなかった（できなかった）ので帰国してもなんか足がバキバキで、やはりガッツリ治してもらったほうがよいと韋駄天治療室へ。

Although I made sub 4 (yes, I did), I didn't (couldn't) do decent stretch after a marathon. Therefore my legs are really stiff after returning to Japan, so I decided to see an expert, Idaten Chiryoshitsu, for a drastic treatment (for my standard).

院長の今野先生直々に診てもらい、人生初の足・腰の鍼+電気挑戦（？）！

Dr. Konno, The director, saw me this time and I had my first acupuncture + electrotherapy on my lower back and feet!

「先生、一番弱い電流にしてください！」…ガッツリ治すんじゃなかったのか？

"Doc, would you please set the lowest current of electricity!" ...well, who said to have drastic treatment?

筋肉が層になって重なっているところは揉むだけではやはり届きにくく、鍼をうつことで凝った筋肉を小さく破壊し（！）、そこに電気を流すことで更によい血流を促すそうです。凝っている筋肉に鍼が入ったことで血小板や白血球が異物を認識して集まり、修復しようとすることで回復につながるとか。ほほーう。

Where muscles are layered, just regular massage can not reach to the deep enough. Needles give a small damage to muscle and let electricity run to make better blood flow. Needles on stiff muscle make platelets and white blood cells gather to that spots where needles are because they recognize them as foreign substances and what they try to repair leads to a recovery. I see.

以前、皇居周辺のパレスサイクリングについて書きました。現在、都内ではシェアサイクルコギコギさんが「自転車をどこでも借りられて、どこでも返却できるサービス」を提供しています。

I wrote about Palace Cycling around the Imperial Palace inTokyo before. Now share-cycle cogicogi offers service which is "borrow and return a bike anywhere you want."

自転車を貸出・返却できる「ポート」マップ。スタバも含まれていますね。

Bike "port" map. You can pick up and drop a bike at pink spots, which includes Starbucks.

まだ渋谷・表参道周辺な感じですが、もっと大きいエリアに広がるといいですね。

It seems to be only around Shibuya and Omotesando area, but it'd be good if it'd cover more larger area.
