Run+drink: in NY

POMはXterraで知り合ったアメリカ人のラン仲間に2008年に教えてもらいました。「これを飲むと翌日の復活が早い（ような気がする）んだよ！」と。ザクロ、結構酸っぱいですが、効きそうな気もします。

それからやたら「何とか+プロテイン」も目にします（写真Nakedはすでに完飲してますが・笑）。

I heard from running friend whom I've met at Xterra in 2008 about POM juice. "If I have it, my recovery next day is totally different!" he said. Pomegranate juice is sour, but I guess it does something good to my body :)

Also you can see many "something plus protein" drink as well. I already finish my Naked one though.

滞在中、ちょっと疲れ気味だった時にとったのもglacéau vitaminwaterのXXX（アサイ、ブルーベリー、ザクロ）。

When I was bit tired, I took this glacéau vitaminwater's XXX (acai, blueberry, pomegranate).

街角にはエレン・デジェネレスがヨガポーズをとる広告も。そう、この広告、あれですね。

There is an ad which Ellen DeGeneres is posing yoga. Yes, this advert is runs by a same company.

例のプロテインバーの飲み物版もあったり。

こんな小売店と本屋めぐりだけで私は十分一日過ごせますね。

I can easily spend a day to browse pharmacies and book store.
