三原はマンホールもやっぱりやっさ。

Everything is related with Yassa festival somehow in Mihara.

KoKonさんを後にして、JR山陽本線で少し西に向かいます。

I headed to more West by JR Sanyo-honsen after visiting KoKon.

電車の車窓から見える海は、なんでこんなに素敵なんだろう。

Why the scenery of ocean seen through a window of a train is so beautiful.

はい、福山から３０分くらいで到着したのは三原駅。

Arrived at Mihara Station in about 30 min. later.

１２日から３日間開催のやっさ祭りのポスター。

Yassa festival is held for three days from Aug. 12th.

駅前では観覧席がすでに組まれていました。

Seats for audiences were already set up.

駅から徒歩１０分ほど、三原市役所に訪ねたのは、2011 三原・白竜湖トレイルランレースのコースディレクター・東 徹（ひがし　とおる）さんです。

I visited Toru Higashi, a course director of 2011 Mihara Lake Hakuryuko Trail Running Race, at Mihara City office.

東さんは三原市大和町（だいわちょう）ご出身。中学校から陸上を始め、九州の大学で熊本の強豪選手達と腕を競い合い、９年前の富士登山駅伝に参加。以来、トレイルランの大会で素晴らしい成績を残していらっしゃいます（第１回つるぎトレイルランニングレースin那賀 優勝、第３回菅平スカイラントレイルランレース 優勝など）。

Higashi-san is from Daiwa-cho, Mihara city. He started track and field sports at his junior high school. When University student in Kyushu, he run with high level runners in Kumamoto and compete with them and he participated at the Fuji climbing mountain ekiden relay with them nine years ago. Since then, he left wonderful records (Won at the 1st Tsurugi Trail Running race in Naka and the 3rd Sugadaira Sky Run Trail Running race).

大会のコースは地元だけに、東さんが詳細選定に深く関わっていらっしゃいます。先日、奥宮さんへのインタビューでおっしゃっていた「棲真寺後の爆雪の滝あたりはテクニカル」という点が実は気になっていました。東さん、どれくらいテクニカルなんでしょうか？

He chose the course for this race since this is his "home." When I interviewed Okunomyiya-san the other day, he said that around Bakusetsu-no-taki fall after Joshin-ji is bit technical. I'm kinda worried about it... Higashi-san, how technical would be?

「そうですね…　岩々（いわいわ）している感じです（ニッコリ）」。

"Let see... little rocky out there (smile)."

…そ、そうですか。ま、当日わかりますね（汗）。

ah, ok... I guess I will see it then.

2010年12月12日。活版印刷のイベントがあったので曳舟に向かいました。

On Dec. 12, 2010. There was a letterpress printing event in Hikifune.

会場となったのは東向島珈琲店 pua manaさん。

オーナーさんが惚れ込んでいるパン屋さんをご紹介いただきました。そこはまた後日。

The venue was Higashi Mukoujima Coffee-ten pua mana.

The owner introduced me one bakery whom he falls in love with very much. I'll report them some other time.

で、その行きしに目星をつけていたのが駅改札すぐのこちら。

This one is right next to an ticket wicket of a station.

They also sell cakes near a casher.

It's soft texture and nice aroma of sesame seeds.

チョン・ユンチョル／정윤철監督関連でもう少しだけ。

監督がゲストで来広したダマー映画祭の会場の1つ、八丁座 壱･弐。

There is bit more related with Director Chung Yoonchul.

Haccho-za Ichi-Ni is one of official movie theaters for Damah Film Festival.

こけら落としが映画祭でした。

広島の映画ファンなら一度は足を運んだことがあるサロンシネマ、シネツインの姉妹館です。

That film festival was the first event there.

If you were movie fan in Hiroshima, you must come to either Salon Cinema or Cine Twin before. Haccho-za is their sister theater.

入口を入ってすぐに、東映京都撮影所から譲り受けたふすま絵が飾ってあります。

Right next to an entrance, you can find fusuma sliding door which is inherited from Toei Studios Kyoto.

全国主要都市で飲食店を営むjellyfish.さんのお店なので、映画館定番のポップコーンではないスナックが充実しています。

Since this is run by jellyfish., there are many kinds of snacks, not popcorn, which is well seen at any movie theaters.

I chose minced beef brown rice roll.

これからも素敵な映画をたくさん上映してほしいです。

この後（歩いて）某ホテルまで、そして翌日は雁木タクシー。これで1.5kmくらい。つくづく広島はええサイズじゃと思う。

After this I walked to a hotel and went to Gangi Taxi parking lot next day. About 1.5km. I think that Hiroshima is a good size.
