走る時以外でも、こういう靴で仕事の打ち合わせに行くこともあります（もちろんお客さんによりますが…）。
Sometimes I wear these shoes for a business meeting (of corse, depends on clients though!).
打ち合わせ場所に走っていけそうだったので前夜下見をしたところ、まんまと迷ってしまいました（苦笑）。まぁ下見の時でよかったのですが、当日はおとなしく公共交通機関で行き、その帰り道に通った商店街。
Where I had a meeting was runnable from the previous place I was at, so I did a rehearsal previous night. But I got lost... I went to a meeting by a public transportation and passed through a shopping street on a way back.

カステラは大会当日の、朝食定番メニューの１品です。糖分を適宜取りつつ、油をつかっていないので消化もいいかなと思って選んでいます。えぇっと、他に大福とかも食べていますが…
Castella is my breakie menu on the day of a race. I think that it'd be good to take some sugar and oil is not used so it'd be easy to digest it. Well, I eat daifuku and others though...
