I wrote about castella as my race day's breakfast menu. Dorayaki is also my favorite menu.
I found salt-dorayaki the other day (I can't help eating and noticed that I haven't taken a picture of it yet...).
If you add salt when you make some sweets, it makes you feel more sweetness because of a magic of salt. With this sweet, you taste saltiness than sweetness.
It's little smaller than a regular one.
