どこで読んだかは忘れましたが、「大会前の一定期間カフェインを抜くと、大会でカフェイン含有の補給食の吸収率がよい、云々…」みたいなことを知って以来、大会1週間前からコーヒー、紅茶、お茶全般は止め、牛乳か豆乳、白湯のみを飲んでいます。
I read it somewhere, "if you stop taking caffeine for a certain period before your race, you'll have a high absorption of supplement with caffeine... ," so since then I stop drinking coffee, tea, any kinds of teas then only drink milk, soy bean milk, or just hot water.
