ちなみにすだれ羊羹はこんな感じです。結構堅くて、私としては結構好きなのですが。
btw, this is sudare (bamboo blind shape) yokan. It is rather hard, but I kinda like it.
何かこの食感に似た、砂糖でコーティングしてある半生羊羹で拍子木の形してピンクとか白とかのお茶うけなかったでしたっけ… そうそう、「やどりぎ」!(あー、すっきりした)
Do you know Japanese sweet which has a similar texture of this and it is white or pink color to go along with tea. Sugar-coated... yes, it's yadorigi! I had it when I was little.
Sake Sambaseki with char’s bone soaked. It was too much for me before a race, so I skipped it...
でもご当地の食材を使った食事で大会を迎えることができるって、嬉しいですね。何だかその地の自然から力をもらえた気がして!:)
But it's nice to welcome a race day with dinner made by local products, don't you think? I feel like to get really force from a nature in that area!
