It's the first time not only to do The Bread Running two day in a row, but also welcome two guests to celebrate the 30th The Bread Running in Futo, Shizuoka.
トレランに加えアドベンチャーレースもされる和木香織利(左)さんと、トレラン界では皆さんご存知の間瀬ちがやさん(右)です。
Kaori Waki, who does an adventure race and trail running, and Chigaya Mase, a well-known trail runner (right).
今日はハイライトのみ。
Here are highlights from today.
「えへへ」焼きたてのチーズフランスパンを満喫中。
Cheese pain français, just came out from an oven.
I chose Jogasaki Kenkyuro which is a trail for this occasion to have them.
I run for honor of The Bread Runner to follow two experts!
「ママ〜、なんであの人たちおみかん持って走ってるの〜?」「み、見ちゃダメよ!」
"Mommy, why are they running with mikan tangerine?" "Don't look at them, sweety!"

そして午後の部。
今回は本当のパン屋さんでフランスパン作りを体験。
And an afternoon part: a class of making pain français at a real bakery this time.
