It's the first time not only to do The Bread Running two day in a row, but also welcome two guests to celebrate the 30th The Bread Running in Futo, Shizuoka.
Kaori Waki, who does an adventure race and trail running, and Chigaya Mase, a well-known trail runner (right).
Here are highlights from today.
Cheese pain français, just came out from an oven.
I chose Jogasaki Kenkyuro which is a trail for this occasion to have them.
I run for honor of The Bread Runner to follow two experts!
"Mommy, why are they running with mikan tangerine?" "Don't look at them, sweety!"
Mikan mystery will be updated later.
And an afternoon part: a class of making pain français at a real bakery this time.
While waiting for the primary fermentation.
Is there anything better than beer after running?
Well done to finish up before sending them to an oven.
"ok, see you later!"
Go get baked well.
Thank you very much for joining The Bread Running. Thanks to you two, the 30th one became special and happier. See you again at The Bread Running Deluxe, which I update info here when it fixed.
ps: Mase-san went back home with a full of breads (and mikan tangerine) with this backpack. What a ture The Bread Runner she is!
