あら、レンタル電動自転車も。北九州市のサイトを見ると「コミュニティサイクル事業」の一環のようです。また、街中でもいたるところに普通の自転車用の駐輪場が整備されています。
Rental electric bikes available at the north side of Kokura Station. There are many of regular bike parking lots in downtown as well.
どうしてあちこちで自転車を目にするのかと思ったら、「北九州市（小倉）は競輪発祥の地」なんですね。先ほどのサイクルツアーの概略がこちらに紹介されています。
Kita Kyushu is Kokura is a birthplace of bicycle racing. That's somehow related with this popularity of bikes in this town, I assume? The concept of the cycle tour is here.
