This time The Bread Runner heads west...

Shizuoka it is!
For the sake of an easy trip back to Tokyo later on, I go on to Shimizu by local JR Tokaido line. (The shinkansen stops at Shizuoka, not at Shimizu)

But it's still before 9:00AM.
Not all of the bakeries I checked are open yet. I decide to run toward to the mountains to warm up.
If I had enough time, I'd love to go to Monju-dake and Ryuso-zan (you can see them through the left window). But that's a one-day course, if you'd like to enjoy it fully.

So I choose Kita-daki (The North Waterfall) instead (marked by an arrow on the map).

A small arrow in the sky points to the real thing, for your reference.
Well, I shall start now...
