I choose rhubarb ginger bread (Haruyutaka, brown sugar, moshio, Hoshino natural yeast, egg, butter, skim milk, rhubarb, sensoto, ginger). Moshio is salt which seaweed is used when it's dried out on.
これはかなり衝撃のおいしさです。マーマイトまで濃くありませんが、生姜がばっちり効いたルバーブのジャムがクセになります。ちなみにはるゆたかは北海道産の小麦の名前、洗双糖はさとうきびから作られた砂糖で含蜜糖という種類に入るそうです。
I quite like this. Ginger rhubarb jam is not quite as thick as a marmite is, but you'd be hooked with this ginger rhubarb jam. Haru Yutaka is wheat from Hokkaido, sensoto includes honey sugar and made from sugarcane.
Soft and high dense texture bread made of soy milk, wheat gluten, and aojiru (juice of kale).
お麩もグルテンからできているんですねぇ、ほほ〜う。
Hu is made of gluten, too.
左手にはスロープがついている入口です。特に大きな看板はついていません。
There is an entrance ramp on the left at bakery. No large sign, but big glass windows.
