けしと言えば、この後で行ったお台場でたっくさん見ましたよ。

ベテランの斉藤さん。シベリアの袋詰めをしている手を休めて話をしていただきました。

The beteran, Saito-san. He kindly spares his time to talk with me during preparing Siberia (an paste sandwiched sponge cake).

「昔はここに4人がけの机が3つ。奥に20人は入れたよ」と斉藤さん。

He said that there were three tables for four and about 20 people can be seated in that space.

ちなみに私が日本未来館で糖分補給のため食べたのはこちら：バターうぐいす。

btw, what I ate at Miraikan as sugar supply was uguisu (sweeten green pea paste).
