Since this TBR, so I'd better talk about their home made bagel.
時々、ヤミーさんのレシピでベーグルを作る私ですが、妙にグッタリしたベーグルができることもしばしば…
バンさんおすすめは「生キャラメルをサンドして！」ということで、このキャラメルしかない手元になかった私はチン！して挟もうかとも思いましたが…
Sometimes I make bagel by myself with Yummy-san's recipe, but often miserably failed. Maui Coffee Roasters recommends their home-made bagel with raw caramel paste, but I only have this one in handy.
…私が作るベーグル以上にグッタリしています（笑）左＞右：チン！前＞後（注：1分以上すると焦げました）。
It seems so hopeless than my home made bagel is... L-R: before I microwave it and after (warning: when I microwave it more than 1 min., it's burnt)
レンジから出すとすぐ固くなり、塗るには少々微妙でしたのでこちらで代用。でも何もつけずにそのまま食べてもおいしいベーグル！
And it was bit hard to spread it on a bagel. So I use this instead. But their bagel is good as it is!
